The Spirit of Clinton Award has become an annual presentation at the Bluefish Festival. The Committee takes the opportunity to recognize and present an award to an individual who has shown exemplary community or public service for the Town of Clinton and who can be viewed as a role model.

The criteria for the award are simple: a high level of community or public service, exemplary life style and a character that can serve as an example for all of us.

The Bluefish Committee is asking for nominations for this year's award. The presentation will be at Opening Ceremonies, Friday, July 18th @ 6:00 pm.

Tell US about the Spirit in someone you know!! This is an amazing way to recognize the good in someone.

Previous winners include Hugh Allen, James Beardsley, Peter Neff, Harry Schwan, Al DeAngelo, Dan Vece, Sr., Sturges Redfield, Lynnabeth Mays and Phillip Bergeron, Ed and Lynn Hidek and Len Cahill.
