This application and 50% of the booth fee are due by May 18th, 2008. All
balances of monies and evidence of insurance are due on or before June 18, 2008.
Verification of receipt of contract and acceptance of request will be made by
telephone or mail.
The Festival opens at 6 PM on Friday, July 18th, 2008 and closes at 11 PM on
Saturday, July 19th, 2008. Please note that you must have your booth set up no
later than 4:30 PM on Friday, and taken down no later than Sunday at noon. By
signing this booth space application you agree to abide by all terms and
conditions as outlined with the pages of this letter. If you have any
